COEDGE is delivered as a customized learning journey — not a standalone training event. We design the journey based on your organizational context, leadership levels, and defined outcomes.

Virtual Learning

Interactive facilitated workshops — 3 hours to 2 days. Delivered as half-day or full-day sessions over weeks or months, or continuous days.

Includes: Pre-work, live facilitation, real coaching practices (no role play), coaching demos, feedback based on observed coaching practice, practice assignments, peer coaching, 1:1 coaching sessions, real-time application in your leadership role, follow-up group coaching sessions.
